already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ALDON
shall issue a credit to your credit card account or account in the amount of

ALDON PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Aldon strives to supply products of the
highest quality at competitive prices. All products meet specifications as
noted on the labels or in the product literature. Any issues with product
quality or performance are handled on a case-by-case basis. Product found to be
defective will be replaced at no charge. Product returns are not accepted unless the return is authorized by
Aldon for investigation of a quality or performance issue. Returns
of overstocked material cannot be authorized on private labeled product or
custom formulations. Overstock of re-saleable Aldon labeled product may be
returned subject to a restocking charge. An authorization number must be
requested prior to the return, or the return will not be accepted. We must be notified with 30 days of the
shipping date to request an RMA. Most returns will have a 20% restocking charge if the product is returned in a
saleable condition. Aldon is not responsible for the cost to dispose of any product unless that product is
deemed defective. No product can be returned to Aldon for disposal.
All returned items that are returned to Aldon must be packed,
labeled, and shipped per DOT requirements.
Age requirements / safety: Aldon
Corporation supplies products designed for educational institutions, to be used
under direct supervision of qualified adults. All products are for use by
persons aged 13 and up under adult supervision and are for laboratory use
only.
The following disclaimer applies to each item sold by
ALDON
WARNING: These products are not toys. Products are not
for children under age 13. Products may contain lead or choking hazards such as
small parts, small balls, marbles, and balloons. Adult supervision is required.

bears sole responsibility for their contents.
Shipping Terms: We ship products using our customers preferred shipping companies using collect or third party terms. All products ship from Aldon EX- WORKS (EXW) and shipped ground via parcel or freight. There maybe additional charges for hazardous materials packages or special DOT certified packaging.
Shipping charges may vary based on the nature of the product, total weight, destination, delivery
date, and delivery method.
Chemical & Hazardous Shipping Fee:
Materials classified as hazardous by the D.O.T. may incur an additional charge. Most of
our products are limited quantity or small quantity and can be shipped without
an additional hazard fee if shipped via ground service. If your order contains
an item classified as hazardous by the D.O.T., a minimum $46.00 fee will be
charged for each order. We do our best to minimize this Fed Ex Hazardous
Material Charge. Limited quantity items do not have an additional charge.
Products with Hazardous Materials cannot ship overnight.
Product Representation:
Every effort is made to ensure accuracy in our product images, descriptions, and
pricing prior to publication. However, due to occasional changes made by
vendors after date of publication, the physical appearance of items may change
or vary in color from what is shown in the catalog. We assure the items you
receive will satisfy all product specifications and requirements. Catalog
pricing and product availability is subject to change. If a typographical error
in pricing should occur, we are not obligated to honor the misprinted price.

CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
TERMS: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALDON CORPORATION AND THE PURCHASER AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY
AND CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. IF ANY PROVISION
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE SHALL BE DEEMED ILLEGAL, THE REMAINDER
SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED.
