Professional Experience: In this activity, students get the unique opportunity to perform a sandwich ELISA to test real samples for AMH levels, seeing firsthand how specific proteins are identified and measured in a professional lab setting.

Long Shelf-Life: Including premium stabilized reagents and lyophilized samples, this kit can be used on multiple occasions and stored for up to a year with refrigeration.

Flexible Analysis Methods: The concentrations of AMH standards and samples have been chosen to maximize visual results but
remain biologically accurate. The analysis can be qualitative (by-eye) or quantitative through use of a plate reader or UV-Visible
spectrophotometer.

Non-Simulated Assay: This activity is a real bovine AMH assay, free of human constituents and safe for high schools.
This kit contains enough materials for 10 groups, a Teacher’s Manual, and a Student Study Guide copymaster.
